This website is operated by Silver and Gold World Jewelry LLC, doing business as Aitana’s Jewels. Our online store is hosted by Shopify. These terms explain the conditions for using our website and purchasing from us.

Using the Website

Please use this website lawfully. Do not interfere with its security, submit fraudulent information, or use another person’s payment details without permission. Provide accurate contact, payment, and shipping information when placing an order.

Products and Prices

Product descriptions identify the materials and features of each piece. Screen settings and lighting can affect how colors appear. Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Prices and availability may change for future purchases.

Orders and Payments

Please review your items, quantities, and shipping details before completing checkout. Available payment methods appear at checkout. If there is an availability, payment, or listing issue with your order, we will contact you to resolve it. Any payment collected for an item we cannot supply will be refunded.

Shipping

We offer free standard U.S. shipping with no minimum purchase and prepare orders for dispatch within 1–2 business days. Express shipping is an optional upgrade for $15 USD. Carrier transit time is additional. Please see our Shipping Policy.

Returns and Warranty

Change-of-mind returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery for unused jewelry in its original packaging. The customer pays return shipping. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Our one-year color warranty covers loss of color or peeling of the gold-colored coating on jewelry from our Stainless Steel Waterproof and 18K Gold Filled collections only. Jewelry from our separate Gold Plated collection is excluded from this warranty. We pay for covered replacements and related shipping. See our Jewelry Warranty.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled when you use the store or place an order.
