One-Year Limited Color Warranty
Aitana’s Jewels, operated by Silver and Gold World Jewelry LLC, provides a one-year color warranty for jewelry purchased from our Stainless Steel Waterproof and 18K Gold Filled collections. This warranty covers loss of color or peeling of the gold-colored coating for one year from delivery.
Jewelry in our separate Gold Plated collection is not covered by this one-year color warranty. Stainless Steel Waterproof pieces with a PVD gold-plated finish remain covered as part of the Stainless Steel Waterproof collection.
Replacement and Shipping
If your covered jewelry loses its color or the coating peels during the warranty period, we will replace the affected piece at our expense. We also cover the shipping associated with the covered replacement, including return shipping if we ask you to send the affected piece back.
How to Make a Claim
Contact silvergoldjewelrys@gmail.com with your order number or purchase details and a description of the problem. If possible, include clear photos to help us review the issue. We will provide the next steps and any shipping instructions.
You do not need to keep the jewelry unused or retain its original packaging to claim this color warranty. The separate 30-day return policy applies when you change your mind.
Your Rights
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. It does not exclude or limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
