30-Day Returns

If you change your mind, you may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Jewelry must be unused and in its original packaging.

Return Shipping

The customer pays the return shipping cost for a change-of-mind return.

How to Request a Return

Email silvergoldjewelrys@gmail.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. Contact us before shipping your return so we can provide the correct return instructions and address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the result. Eligible returns will be refunded to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Color Warranty

Our separate one-year color warranty covers loss of color or peeling of the gold-colored coating on jewelry from our Stainless Steel Waterproof and 18K Gold Filled collections only. Jewelry from our separate Gold Plated collection is excluded from this warranty. For a covered claim, Aitana’s Jewels pays for the replacement and related shipping.
